Full breath is used at specific times in daily life. If you feel you need a long, slow breath …. due to either wanting more energy; the natural breath seems weak and you wish to energize it; to overcome stress & tension; to calm.
For daily activities the natural breath is used. Though at times you may use the Complete Breath when the activities of life feel in harmony with the Complete ~ full ~ Breath.
